Purpose of Role: Managing the tenders process from end to end for the FRS Network including the following: Daily review of supplier portals and etenders for suitable tenders across the FRS Network. Determining the tender requirements and creating a tender plan and draft. Coordinating tender contributors and requesting feedback. Sourcing content for tenders including relevant stats, figures, team profiles etc. Submitting the final tender and associated documentation before the tender deadline. Maintaining Tender Library of standard documents. Responding to Requests for Quotations. Responding to Mini Tenders for established contracts. Record keeping of Contract documentation. Skills Required: Ability to review complex and lengthy documents and determine requirements. A good understanding of legal terminology and jargon. Proofreading skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Excellent administration skills (word, excel, and look and feel of documents. Methodical and Process oriented.
