Cosmetic Advisor - Co. Tipperary. The main duties of this role are: Working to agreed operating procedures within the pharmacy to maintain the highest ethical standards and deliver excellent customer care. The position will be full-time permanent and previous pharmacy experience desired. Part time may be considered. Essential Criteria. Highly Customer Focused. Training in different cosmetic brands and a knowledge of Lancôme would be a distinct advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication. Good product knowledge with the ability to upsell and link products. Excellent organisational skills, within a challenging environment. Ability to use discretion when addressing information with strict confidentiality. Good IT skills. Good attention to detail is essential.
