Are you a Retail Manager looking to join a busy Agri/Garden Centre store in Tipperary? Do you have strong retail experience gained in an Agri/Hardware/Garden centre store? This flagship store requires an experienced and motivated Store manager to run the various agri related departments (general agri store, Yard, Garden centre, agri workshop/mechanic). Do you have 5 years retail management experience? Do you have a proven track record of managing and motivating staff in a retail store? The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a sales leadership position gained from significant tenure in the FMCG/AGRI/HARDWARE (retail) sector. We are seeking a dynamic leader who is an entrepreneurial and commercial thinker , with proven planning and presentations skills. To meet the growing demands for products in the ever changing food production sector, the successful candidate will have the ability to formulate relevant strategies and concepts , to consistently deliver high-quality products for both existing and new clients.
