SOUS CHEF-KERRY BOUTIQUE HOTEL-SOUTH TIPPERARY -FANTASTIC ROLE. We are seeking a Sous chef for a boutique hotel in South Tipperary. This hotel is synonymous in the local area for the quality of its food, it's a real gourmet paradise where they have a very successful bistro style operation serving food 12-9.30. The state of the art kitchen is well designed and is run by a friendly, calm Head Chef. They are now seeking to strengthen the kitchen brigade and are seeking a sous chef that is interested in an establishment that is focussed, driven, imaginative and creative. They always push the boundaries with daily specials that compliment their a la carte menu. This is a busy establishment that serves quality food all day. We are seeking an all rounder that has experience in Hotels or Quality Restaurants. Prerequisites for this role Include: " Previous Sous Chef Experience in Restaurants/ Hotels. " Must have a mix of Bistro/Brasserie/Bar Food/Restaurant/ Banqueting exp. " Can help develop and introduce new menus and recipe's. " Has flair and imagination. " Has good portion and cost control. " Fully aware and compliant in Food Safety and HACCP Food Management Systems. " Can deputise for the Head Chef in their days off-strong Kitchen Management Exp. " Can work a rota of 5/7 days per week.
