We are seeking an experienced Training Course Manager with previous experience working within the adult education sector and Education Training Boards. Location: Can be based in Tipperary, Limerick or Kildare. Responsible for: Managing quality delivery of a variety of accredited training courses; Quality Assurance policy management; Ensuring excellence of training through, trainer support and guidance, course monitoring and quality assurance; Coordination of assessments; Verifying coursework for authentication; Liaising with ETB managers and personnel; Associated course administration; Monitoring learner attendance and supporting work placement workflow. Role criteria: Experienced in training delivery and education / curriculum management; Previous experience working with Education Training Boards; Knowledgeable and experienced in the internal verification of assessment materials; At least 5 years previous experience in a tutoring / teaching role with associated teaching qualification; Knowledge and understanding of QQI programmes; Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
