A leading employer in Munster is bolstering their existing team by adding another QA Engineer to it`s high performing team. If you have a Degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of Quality Engineering experience in a Medical Device manufacturing facility then this could be your next career move. This could suit a strong quality tech looking to step into an Engineer role. Responsibilities: Identifies manufacturing process defects, assists in identification of primary root causes and understands corrective and preventative actions. Understand product quality plans, documents and systems by reviewing product specifications, quality specifications, and working with quality systems. Risk analyses and failure mode effect analysis. Learns process monitoring systems by becoming familiar with systems applications and critical process steps and through familiarisation with methods used to reduce process variation. Understanding current quality metric data and learn the various analysis methods used to enhance sustaining product design and new product development. Participates in validation activity. Protocol/report writing and managing execution of validation activities. Participates in corrective and preventive action activity. Participates in field discrepancy notification investigations.
