Quality Assurance. New role in Quality Assurance in a growing FMCG company based in South Tipperary. Reporting to the Quality Manager. The purpose of the role is. To ensure that all workcarroed out is in compliance with the required industry standards conforming to Company, GMP, SOPS and regulatory regulations and guidelines, safety and environmental guidelines. Ensure high quality output and accountabilities to ensure freedom from errors. Accountabilities: Assist in the development and implementation of the organisation's Quality Management system in conjunction with the Quality Manager. Assist in Documentation Management Control. Assist in corrective and Preventative Action close out. Ensure that all customer requests are dealt with in a timely manner or as agreed. Performance of glass and hard plastic audits at defined frequencies and close out. Review and Approval of daily line QC records. Review and Approval of daily internal calibration records. Line quality control back up. Raw material inspection and approval. Packaging inspection and approval. Responsible for Coordinating the water testing and environmental schedule. Assist in the close out of Customer Complaints/Queries. Purchasing and maintenance of lab supplies. Liasing with contract testing laboratories as required. Assist in the training requirements for the organisation. Provide quality support to Quality/Technical Manager as requested. Responsible for product release and issuing associated documents for release to the customer. The Ideal candidate must have Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferable.
