Our client, an innovative, market leader, based in Tipperary, requires a forwarding thinking, process driven change agent to join their team as a Production Operations Manager . As Production Operations Manager of this 24/7 100 strong production facility you will have 4 supervisors, who manage the 4 shifts, reporting into you. This challenging and career advancing opportunity would suit a degree qualified (Food Science or Engineering/Production) experienced people manager. You will have extensive experience managing a full business unit, where budget, buying, capacity, space and orders are all part of your remit. You will drive continuous improvement and will lead by example. You will be a key member of the Operations team taking full responsibility for achieving production plan, meeting order demand (planning, raw material buying) and ensuring QH&S compliance is paramount.
