Hartley People are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Advisor for a pharmaceutical company . This role will be based in the Co Cork. The role: Ensure learning items and curricula are defined. Coordinate the creation and maintenance of existing content. Training logistics support e.g. room booking. Act as trainer trainer liaison and provide document support. Evaluate effectiveness of training sessions. The Person: 2 years experience working in an Learning and Development environment. Recent experience in manufacturing environment. Third level qualification. Strong planning and organisation skills. Ability to prioritise workload and handle pressure.
