Our client a well established and well known FDA Regulated company is looking for a Shift Lead Engineer to join their company. This company is going through rapid expansion and is in a very exciting place to develop and build your career within. The role involves: Directing and co-ordinating a multi- skilled Maintenance team. Implementing and co-ordinating maintenance schedules. Work on projects designed to maximise efficiencies within the company. Work on technicians goals and effectively manage and develop technicians within the company. Monitor and report on equipment OEE. Analysing and reporting on machine efficiencies. Ensure that the highest level of quality and work standards are adhered to and maintained. This role is on a 4 shift cycle. The ideal candidate: Will be trades qualified as an electrician or a fitter or will be degree qualified in a relevant field. Will have strong Maintenance experience. Will have experience of working in a highly regulated environment. Will ideally have 3 years plus supervisory experience. Strong communication skills are essential.
