Hartley People are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager. This role will be based in the Co Waterford. The role: Selling to SME & Large companies. Engage and build relationships with target new accounts. Expanding the relationships with existing customers. Manage the sales cycle. Implement best-practice pipeline, sales forecasting and opportunity management. Be a highly collaborative and influential member of the team. Reporting on targets, sales and pipeline activity. The Person: 5+ years in senior business development /account management role. Experience in technical-driven sales, industrial B2B selling desirable. Experience in designing & implementing territory sales. Ability to understand clients business - their ethos, aims and aspirations. The ability to influence key stakeholders. Strong closing skills particularly with senior decision makers. The Benefits: OTE €60,000-€80,000. Mileage and expenses. Laptop and mobile phone.
