Our client, a well established FDA regulated Manufacturing company based in Waterford is looking for a Stores Generalist to join their team. This is a rapidly expanding company with excellent opportunities to progress within. Role and responsibilities include: Responsible for liaising with external vendors and suppliers. Responsible for delivering weekly consumables as per Operations requirements. Responsible for the fulfilment and subsequent reporting of stock throughout the Plant onto the relevant systems. Responsible for the maintenance of engineering spares stock and accuracy. Responsible for Cycle counting of Engineering items within Stores. Responsible for identifying and executing improvement opportunities i.e. Costing, vendors & service levels. Attending meetings to report on daily, weekly & monthly metrics. Responsible for Dispensing and issuing of chemicals. Other Ad hoc duties. The ideal candidate: Will have at least 2 years experience in engineering stores and customer interface environment or similar role Required. Will be Familiar with cycle counting methodologies Desirable. Will have Knowledge of ERPLX (BPCS) Required. Will have a C1 License Required. Will be either Forklift or Electric Pallet Truck trained Required.
