Our client is excited to be recruitinga Group Human Resources Directorto join their team. The Group Director of Human Resources will be responsible for: Developing organisational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; Contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to company's strategic thinking and direction; Establishing human resources objectives in line with company brand objectives. Implementing human resources strategies by establishing departmental accountabilities, These include talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations, retention, and employment law compliance. Our client is looking for an inspirational leader with exceptional human resources knowledge who will be able to handle a busy environment and lead his/her team effectively with passion, flair, and motivation.
