Hartley People are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor (PQS) based in Waterford. The role: Prepare and interpret tender documents for contracts, including reporting at the various project stages. Assisting in the cost management function throughout all phases of a project. Management of the Bill of Quantities using the Agreed Rules of Measurement 4. Management of projects on site. Identify potential risks and opportunities. The ideal candidate: Professionally qualified - Quantity Surveying Degree. Minimum 2 years’ experience. Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication skills. Keen to work as part of a team and to develop and progress career development.
