Matrix Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to be based in Tipperary with our client in a manufacturing environment. This is a permanent job, within the Sales Team, to manage existing accounts and develop those accounts. You will report into the Commercial Manager. Good understanding & knowledge of Customer Service, Operations and Supply Chain is vital for this role. Key Duties: Effective management and delivery of a high-quality service to Clients. Establish a confidential, close and personal relationship with customers. Establish a good working relationship with internal departments. Problem solving by working through issues, offering solutions and implementing long term plan. Real time communication to internal and external customers on a day to day business. Agreeing of KPI targets and reporting of same to internal and external. Work closely with the Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service Team. Office based role but a little travel required. Candidates Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience managing and developing customer accounts at National Account Level. Strong ability/potential to learn and grown with the company. Strong customer relationship management ability. Good Commercial acumen. Strong customer service focus. Previous administration/ report writing experience. Proficient Computer skills – Microsoft Office and Insight systems an advantage. Experience and understanding of logistics, operations, customer services, key accounts and project management.
