Accounts Assistant (Limerick City)

Key 2 Recruitment has been retained by an expanding service company in Limerick to recruit an accounts assistant to provide financial and administrative duties.

Duties: -

  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts and receivables’ data.

  • Prepare bills and invoices.

  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.

  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

  • Generate reports to Management detailing accounts receivable status.

    Requirements: -

  • Proven working experience as accounts technician.

  • Proven ability to calculate figures and financial records.

  • Good data entry skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.
