A Head of Operations is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for a Tipperary based client in the food sector. THE ROLE: The person will be an accomplished senior operations or plant manager with a mix of strategic vision and an ability to drive operations in a 24/7 environment. A leadership style that brings out the best in people is needed to help the company continue with its successful growth pattern. THE REQUIREMENTS: * Honours degree in science, engineering or food science. * 10 years of management experience including senior team or site lead expertise. * An ability to manage strategic as well as operational output needs is key. * Highly motivated and energetic person needed.
