As a Payroll & HR Administrator, you will be tasked with supporting payroll activities and human resources policies. In this dual role, you will be tasked with ensuring that personnel are paid in an accurate and timely manner and the recruitment process runs smoothly. To support an effective payroll system, you will process weekly payroll, gather, calculate and input data into the payroll IT system and compute employees’ take-home pay. You will monitor leave and holiday data, handle changes to employees’ statuses, identify payroll problems and respond to payroll-related inquiries. Additionally, you will support all aspects of the recruitment process including setting up appointments, organising pre-employment appointments, start dates, starter packs and employee files. You will also prepare and manage employment contracts, support induction processes and work with Trainers to schedule induction activities. Interested? To be considered for this exciting challenge, you will need: - An accredited qualification in payroll administration, ideally an iPass qualification. - Good administrative skills. - Experience working with attendance and time. - Excellent numeracy skills. - High quality IT skills including familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office. - The ability and integrity to work with confidential information. Attentive to detail, organised and customer-focused, as a Payroll & HR Administrator, you will need strong communication, interpersonal, time management and prioritisation skills.
