Our client is currently seeking a Training and Development Manager. The role: Establish and execute the annual training and development strategy. Manage the training budget. Revise and amend existing training material. Coordinate the further education assistance program. Participate as part of Area Management team. Ensure all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards. Requirements: 5+ years previous experience in a training & development function within a pharma/manufacturing/R&D environment. Experience in developing and running in house training programs. Project Management. The ability to manage own schedule.
