The team in Nenagh will be building the next generation of commerce infrastructure, services, and analytics as part of the R&D organization of the largest global payment processor. Role Overview. As a Business Analyst you will research the market and proposed solutions to deliver unambiguous requirements to support both the business needs and the product delivery team. Primary Objectives. Contribute significantly to implementing solutions within a collaborative, high trust, solutions delivery team which will contain developers, data scientists and DevOps engineers. Research, analyse and write unambiguous business requirements to insure client and market needs are met. Work closely with clients and internal departments to clearly understand and address business problems and issues. Responsible for delivery of projects to the client and/or internal organizations. This includes completion and approval of user documentation and blended learning plans. Be a proactive stakeholder in product quality. Ensure business and system development methodologies are followed and continuously improved. This includes insuring clients and other departments actively participate in appropriate phases of the process, such as requirements definition and quality inspection of design documents. Report accurately and timely to internal customer base (business and senior managers/directors. Continuously innovate in terms of process and technology. Knowledge & Skills. Strong background in product research and/or business analysis. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision using contractual agreements and company policies and procedures as guidelines. Experience with SDLC artefact management tools such as JIRA. Experience with payment product analysis an advantage. Very strong verbal communication skills, strong relationship building capabilities and the ability to bring diverse stakeholders to the table and gain consensus. Experience with PC's; strong written and organizational skills; strong customer focus.
