Senior HR Generalist


Our client has an opportunity for an experienced HR Senior Generalist to work with the senior management team and manage and co-ordinate all aspects of HR, this is an R&D start-up site and the ideal candidate will come for this background. The role will be completely autonomous reporting directly to the MD and managing all HR functions for 50+. This role is an integral part of the Site Management Team advising coaching management on HR related matters impacting the company and seeking to ensure a safe and enjoyable work environment for employees. Equally to work with and advise the General Manager to develop and progress the culture of the site in relation to delivering Business needs while remaining current and compliant with Employment law and company policies. The role will entail the management of: • Learning & Development. • Employee Relations. • Benefits & Compensation. • Manage Payroll and Benefits. • Health & Safety. Requirements: University-level graduate in HR or closely related discipline. 5+ year’s specific HR experience ideally in a start-up R&D environment.
