We are recruiting experienced Head Chef for a 4* Hotel in Limerick, ideal candidate will have 3-4 years Head Chef experience in a busy 4* property, you will be responsible for entire Kitchen and Culinary operations, menus, production, service, standards etc. * Purchasing, ordering and storage of food. * Menu cycles, content, specials, seasonal, Food GP. * Recruitment, rostering, holiday planning, wage % * Training, mentoring, succession planning, health and safety, HACCP. * General operation of daily food operation, responsible for production and service periods, food standards, * solving problems as they occur and achieving a high rate of guest satisfaction and repeat diners. Hotel is a busy Wedding venue in addition to normal daily Restaurant and Bar/Lounge food service. Location is Co Limerick but within easy commute from Limerick City.
