The Company : Our client, a global technology services multinational who have recently set up their EMEA hub in Limerick city, are now actively recruiting for an experienced French speaking Technical Support Agent to join their expanding European services team supporting Apple products & services. The Job : Based in Limerick but acting as part of the global support function, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical support (both hardware & software) troubleshooting, document control, supporting field based engineering staff in their queries & all related support administrative duties. In addition to the above, you will also assist in planning projects & service launch, manage equipment shipment to sites & support the wider management team in their duties. Skills/Experience Required : - 3rd level degree ideally in a technical or engineering discipline. - Fluency in English & French. - 2+ years’ experience in a similar technical support environment. - Proven IT skills & knowledge of macOS & iOS. - Proven ability to communicate with customers & colleagues at all levels of seniority. The Offer : This position is a permanent role with salary depending on experience but expected to be approx 30-334 with an excellent benefits package.
