Job Title Project Administrator

Our client requires project administration assistance to the External Quality Assurance team in Co. Tipperary. This is a 12 month contract role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background, with excellent skill in Microsoft Office and have strong organisational, planning and some project management experience.

The successful candidate will report into the Manufacturing Director and be responsible for:

Tracking, compilation and report out of large volume information and metrics

Completion of trend analysis of information

Ensuring that Quality metrics and milestones are provided in a timely manner, are complete and are consistent across the team.

Utilizing various IT systems and collaboration with the Quality team to help prepare communication materials for weekly, biweekly and monthly meetings.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, IT or Business with 2-3 years' experience.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, is proactive and self-motivated with ability to multi-task.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and has ability to creatively develop approaches for organization, analysis, and presentation of information and data.
