HR Business Partner. Are you a highly-experienced HR professional with excellent, senior strategic level experience from the services or technology sector? Our key client, a global technology multinational, are now actively recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their organisation during a time of considerable growth across all business units & on an initial contract period of approx. 10-11 months. The Job : This incoming HR BP will partner primarily with the corporate leadership/executive team, lead & drive business transformation projects from a HR perspective, collaborate with diverse multi-site business units, develop new HR initiatives, metrics & procedures as well as acting as a key support for the HR Manager & colleagues. In addition to the above, you will also provide coaching support to senior staff, provide advice on complex employee relations matters, liaise with 3rd party industry specialists, mentor junior HR colleagues & all associated duties. Your experience : • 3rd level Degree in Human Resources or related field. • 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, Generalist or similar. • Proven project management experience. • Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases. • Ability to design & delivery HR strategy & continuous improvement. • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills. • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
