The Role. Responsible for the development and continuous evolution of the Health & Safety. Ensure consistent production of a high quality product. Lead and develop a team with constant coaching and mentoring. Carry out performance management reviews and also corrective action meetings. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Actively promote continuous improvement, regarding quality, performance, efficiency, and cost reductions. The Person. Ability to lead a team and understand the importance of employee engagement. Experience leading and managing a team in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge and experience of GMP. Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation. 3 rd level honours degree.
